Bassford Lifetime Warranty
Bassford hereby warrants that its billiard tables will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the table with the original ower ("Owner"). Bassford agrees, at its sole option with no charge to Owners, to repair, replace, or refund the cost of any and all parts determined to be defective, whether in material or workmanship, by Bassford Billiards. Replacement of the entire table is not required under this warranty. To obtain performance of any obligation of this Lifetime Ownership Warranty ("Warranty"), the Owner must contact an authorized Bassford Billiards Retailer. Proof of purchase required.
This Lifetime Warranty is subject only to the limitations set forth below:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Defects or damage due to accident, alteration, abuse, misuse, dropping, natural disaster, neglect, or failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance.
- Demonstration tables, floor samples, and non-commercial table used in an institutional or commercial setting.
- Bed cloth and pockets
- Tables and/or components that have been installed or repaired by parties other than Bassford or an Authorized Bassford Retailer.
- Damages exceeding the cost of the table.
In no case shall Bassford be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages for breach of Warranty or any implied Warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from states to state.
